I had my final fitness tests done today for my Health & Wellness class this semester. I have improved in ALL areas including bench presses, planks, running, and flexibility, even though my measurements didn’t change. I am most excited that my hip flexors went from 85 degrees to 110! Thanks, yoga :)

Let’s remember that everyone is on their own journey. Let’s not judge! Everyone in the vegan community is doing their best within their means. Let’s all love and support each other, because a plant-based lifestyle can change the WORLD! Let’s be good examples to newbie vegans and welcome them with open arms instead of scaring them away with petty fighting!!
